Where your order is
right now.
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. Both are in your order confirmation email, the one with the order number in the subject line.
If you cannot find that email, check promotions and spam before anything else. That is usually where it is.
What each status actually means
Tracking language is written by carriers, not by us. Here is the plain version.
Info received
The label exists and the carrier has the order registered. The first real scan happens when they physically take the package into their network, so an empty tracker at this stage is normal.
In transit
It is moving. Scans are recorded in batches rather than at every step, so this stage can sit completely still for days and then jump forward at once. A quiet tracker is not a stopped package.
Out for delivery
It is on a vehicle and headed your way. Worth making sure someone can receive it or that there is a safe spot to leave it.
Delivered
The carrier has marked it as dropped off. Packages are sometimes scanned slightly ahead of the actual drop, and they are left with neighbours more often than the scan says. Check around before you assume it is gone.
Exception
Something interrupted the route: an incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, a customs check. This is the one worth an email, because it usually needs someone to act.
Something not adding up?
Two situations are worth an email, and each button opens one with the details we need to settle it on the first reply.
Need a person
Email is the only channel we run. Everything lands in one place with your order in front of us, which is what makes a problem resolvable rather than repeated.
